Whole House Fans Direct can not be held responsible for missed dates due to UPS, USPS or any shipping company issues.

Whole House Fans Direct ships most items via United Parcel Service("UPS"). Some items require overland trucking service. These items will be indicated on the Whole House Fans Direct product page and on the Whole House Fans Direct Shopping Cart page with a Yellow, Blue or Red truck symbol. If the truck symbol is not there then we will likely ship the item via normal UPS Ground or USPS.

In general, you should receive UPS deliveries within 10 business days of placing your order with us.
We ship orders the same day if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time. We ship from the East Coast and Midwest so shipping times will vary. Click the "contact us" button and tell us your zip code and what you plan to order. We will let you know how long the expected delivery time will be.

Want Faster Delivery?
If you would like to have faster delivery than normal UPS Ground - there will be an extra added charge for this. You can get UPS NEXT Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3rd Day anywhere in the U.S.A.

Just let us know what your zip code is and what you are ordering and we will email you back with a quote for the shipping amount. You can also ask for faster shipping times during your check out process in your shopping cart.

Shipping outside the Lower 48 States
When orders are placed for Hawaii, Alaska or Canada an estimated shipping amount is shown. This is just an estimate of the shipping charge. Generally, shipping outside the lower 48 requires UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail service. A Whole House Fans Direct representative will contact you via phone or email with the cost of the shipping amounts. We will not process any order or charge your credit card until you agree with the added shipping charge. If you have any questions please contact us.

Shipping via Overland Truck
For those items that require overland trucking, this symbol will appear in your shopping cart: Beep beep  The shipping cost shown when a "blue truck" symbol appears is the actual cost of the shipping charge.
For items requiring overland truck with an unknown shipping charge, this symbol will appear in your shopping cart: Beep beep  The shipping cost shown when a "red truck" symbol appears is an estimated freight charge. Due to the size and weight of the item ordered we must calculate this freight charge using your zip code. A Whole House Fans Direct representative will contact you with the exact shipping charge before your order is processed and your credit card charged. We will not charge your credit card until you agree to the added shipping charge.

Delivery times may or may not be longer - generally within 14 days. We will inform you by email of the tracking number and you should contact the shipping company for expected delivery date. We require a signature for all truck shipments.

Please Note: If products are missing or damaged - make sure you have this noted on the shipping receipt and have the truck driver sign it. Keep a copy for you records and contact us within 3 days. Once you sign for a truck delivery and if there are any problems and you have not put this on the shipping receipt - there is nothing that we can do to fix this.
So - make sure that you inspect and count all boxes!
